Riverside, California – January 3, 2024 – Bourns is pleased to announce its new Model EV Series EdgMOV™ High Surge Disc Varistors with superior nominal and surge current capabilities. With nominal surge ratings of 1.5 kA, 3 kA, 5 kA and 8 kA for model sizes 7, 10, 14 and 20 mm respectively, these new offerings allow for replacement of standard conventional MOV devices with one form factor smaller Model EV Series EdgMOV™ varistors:
